These are the instructions that come with every Flag Caddie ordered

2005 & up Convertible Front Mount  

 

All Models
    Remove roof panels or lower the convertible top. See year and model for installation of Flag Caddie.
56-62 Rear Mount w/Hard Top Option
    Screw Flag Caddie into 1/4 - 20 rear roof tie down.
63-82 and 2005 & up Coupe Windshield Mount

    Insert bolt from bottom side of windshield guide pin opening, then screw on Flag Caddie.

2005 & UP Convertible Front Mount

Minor modification required on C6 convertibles (see C6 page) necessary for high speed use only!

84-86 and 87-96 Coupe Front Mount

Insert No. 40 TORX wrench (Supplied with car) from bottom side of roof mounting bolt, push bolt up then tighten Flag Caddie onto bolt. (Caution: Do not over tighten)

86-96 Convertible Rear Mount
    Screw latching bolt into Flag Caddie 2 turns.
    Align groove with rear latch rod and push down until it latches then lift and tighten Flag Caddie.

    Note: When releasing, unscrew Flag Caddie 1/2 turn, hold Flag Caddie, then pull latch release lever

86-96 Convertible Front Mount

Screw latching bolt into Flag Caddie 8 full turns. Align notches in latch bolt with windshield roof latch mounting pins, then insert and tighten Flag Caddie.

Note: When releasing, unscrew Flag Caddie 1/4 turn, then lift.

 

97-04 Windshield Mount
    Insert thumb screw from bottom of windshield roof guide pinhole, then screw on Flag Caddie until tight.
All Solsticde, Sky, & Prowler Rear Mount
    Screw latching bolt into Flag Caddie 2 turns.
    Align groove with rear latch rod and push down until it latches then lift and tighten Flag Caddie.

    Note: When releasing, unscrew Flag Caddie 1/2 turn, hold Flag Caddie, then pull latch release lever
