DRILLING IS ONLY NECESSARY FOR HIGH SPEED USE!
For parades and car shows just push into place (lower bolt is not needed).

 

Move sun visor away from windshield.

 

Insert drill guide tube into windshield guide pin opening, use 11/64 drill and carefully drill through the plastic bottom cover.

Turn drill off and pull out drill & guide tube.

 

Insert bolt from bottom side of windshield guide pin opening, then screw on Flag Caddie.
